George Ditzler, President & CEO

George Ditzler, President and CEO of TeamLink holds a Bachelor’s Degree and M.B.A., both from the University of Wisconsin. George founded TeamLink in 1995 and has more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate management and business ownership.

While building TeamLink into a successful Professional Employer Organization (PEO), George has made many other accomplishments. In 1998 he was elected President of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. In 2001, he was elected to the board of Trustees of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce.

In 2003, George founded Altamont Associates, Inc. a health and life insurance agency.

During 2005, George was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Hunterdon County Prevention Resources and received a service award from the Raritan Valley Community College. The Hunterdon County Y.M.C.A. elected him to their Board of Trustees in 2006. George received the Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce in 2008 and TeamLink received their Risk Management and Best Practices Certification from the Certification Institute that same year.

In 2009, he was appointed Vice Chair of the Greater Raritan Workforce Investment Board, representing Hunterdon County. And in 2010 George was named Chair of the Greater Raritan Workforce Investment Board.

George served four years in the US Air Force security service. He lives with his wife LoAnn in Raritan Township, New Jersey and has two children, two step children and nine grandchildren.


Fran Hamilton, Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Fran oversees all human resource functions and is responsible for accounting and administering the 401k plans. She is also the resident expert on commuter benefits, internal payables and receivables, managing the accounts, and the payment of all federal and state taxes.On top of all that, Fran is also the benefit administrator for all our clients.

Fran’s contribution in helping business owners with payroll taxes is unique: “Our clients would prefer not to deal with payroll related taxes. I am happy to take that off their plate. I would much rather have our clients spend time growing their business than worrying about tax deadlines.”

Fran is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has received the Professional Human Resources Certification from the H.R. Certification Institute. In addition, Fran has also completed the Fairley Dickenson HR Professional Development Program.

“I am happy to be a partner to business owners who occasionally have employee-related issues and need assistance.”


Brian Miller, Vice-President of Sales

Helping prospective clients understand the advantages of outsourcing their company’s human resource department is Brian’s forte. A business development expert, Brian has extensive experience in the payroll processing field and now consults business owners in the opportunity of working with TeamLink.

A small business owner who would appreciate more time to devote to the tasks that directly impact their bottom line are encouraged to meet with Brian. He can demonstrate how they can divest themselves from mundane human resources-related tasks, while improving their benefits package, reducing workers comp costs, and enhancing their tax prep reporting.

Brian is also a participant in Leadership Hunterdon (Class of 2016) and a member in the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters.


Carolynn O’Connell, Senior Client Services Representative

Carolynn has been with Teamlink since 2003.  In her role as the Senior Client Services Representative, Carolynn interacts with clients and employees on a daily basis.  Her expertise and experience are related to Human Resource areas, such as:

New hire reporting – COBRA –  Short Term Disability – Workers Comp – Overall Customer Service

Carolynn went to business school and began her career in business administration with two major insurance companies before joining TeamLink in the payroll/HR aspect.


Kristi Gano, Tax Analyst

Kristi has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Kean University. She has expansive experience in corporate accounting and tax work.

After a couple of years as a stay at home Mom, Kristi has re-entered the workforce with TeamLink, where she is a tax analyst. In this position she is responsible for preparing, analyzing, reconciling and processing all employment related taxes throughout the country on behalf of TeamLink. She also orchestrates a checks and balance process in preparation for audits by outside CPA firms.
